Started in a one-car garage, ten years in
Maple Street Coffee Co. opened in 2016 when Dana Ruiz began roasting small batches of green coffee in a converted garage on Maple Street and selling bags at the Saturday farmers market. Three years later the Elm Street storefront opened, keeping the same roaster, the same suppliers, and the same rule: nothing sits on the shelf longer than two weeks.
Today the shop is run day-to-day by a crew of seven, most of whom started as regulars before they started as staff. We still roast on-site every Tuesday and Friday, and you're welcome to watch.
Office catering and standing orders
We deliver to offices within two miles of Elm Street and set up standing weekly orders for local businesses — no minimums after the first order.
Coffee Carafes
96 oz carafes of drip or cold brew, cups and cream included. Good for meetings of 8–12 people.
Pastry Boxes
Mixed boxes of 12 or 24, ordered a day ahead. We hold back the morning's best batch for standing orders.
Weekly Standing Orders
Set a recurring Monday or Friday delivery and we'll invoice monthly instead of per order.

Kitchen stops taking pastry orders 30 minutes before close. Roast days (Tuesday and Friday) may see short waits on drip coffee between 9 and 10am.
